Sourdough biscuits--This is probably my "signature" item, guaranteed to bring on the compliments! These are high, fluffy biscuits with a wonderful sourdough flavor that will "wow" your guests. You will also learn how to make and "tend"; a sourdough start.
Specialty whole wheat bread--This is a delicious whole wheat bread recipe with "special" ingredients to increase the fiber and protein content. I will demonstrate making bread with a mixer (not a bread machine) and by hand. I will also offer these specialty ingredients to purchase, but they would also be simple to purchase on your own.
 Homemade pies--I will demonstrate an easy no-fail pie crust with the proper techniques to get a flaky pie crust every time.
Apple dumplings--This is a family favorite handed down through the generations from Denmark. It is especially fun to do with little ones to help sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar, and wrap the dough
